I very much appreciate that, Alex! While it is very resource-intensive (both time and money), I think CBT/Talk/psychotherapy sessions would benefit from pre and post-therapy sessions of different kinds of modalities. Imagine receptivity being boosted by a pre-session massage or even stretching session, while processing and retention being improved by a post-session float.
I’ve been working on the outline and research for a book on this for several years. The dream being a center that enables the combination and leverage of modalities. That would include an approach to mental health based on the model commonly used at plant medicine retreats built around the availability of the facilitators. It's the lowest barrier to entry model I am aware of.
