I'm not sure I could agree more with all your points, Alex. Interestingly, based on your comments about individual truths, the working title of the project you and I have discussed elsewhere is "Tools for (Your) Truth". I feel strongly that truths are very much individual and subjective, even when there are collectively agreed upon social contracts.

I really liked everything you said here. I think your writing contributes to supporting and encouraging the individuation of truth, which is rarely easy and can sometimes be damn near impossible. Its so much easier to lay all of this struggle at the feet of someone or something else.
