The context for the work I'm trying to engage in is based around my support of the people who now report to me. They are all smart, capable people who most often just need to be heard. In another response to your comments I mentioned organizational drama and my work to avoid commiseration. There is so much opportunity for me to practice many service-based leadership principles and further develop my fledgling understanding and practice of karmic yoga. And also my fledgling understanding of how to grow into the role of elder (something introduced in one of my more powerful ayahuasca ceremonies). Which circles back around to my therapist vs chaplain dilemma.
